Responsibilities
- Provide complete, timely, and accurate data for analysis and reporting
- Attend MTQIP meetings three times a year
- Participate in inter-rater reliability audits
- Enroll and participate in ACS-TQIP
- Maintain an on-site MTQIP Clinical Reviewer (MCR) that works under the supervision of the Trauma Program Manager and functions collaboratively with the trauma registry personnel
Attendance Requirements
- Attendance is required for all 3 disciplines:
- Trauma Surgeon (a surgeon can attend for only one hospital)
- Trauma Program Manager
- MTQIP Clinical Reviewer (MCR)
- In person attendance is required.
- Alternates are allowed. You may send an alternate of the same discipline from your trauma program to receive credit.
- Ensure that each representative signs in at the meetings so that your hospital receives credit.
